Waiting on Wednesday #2: One More Chance by Abbi Glines

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine which spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

My WOW for this week is. . .

One More Chance
(Rosemary Beach #8)
by Abbi Glines
Release Date: September 2nd 2014
Publisher: Atria Books
Genre: New Adult, Contemporary Romance

From Goodreads:
Grant Carter did everything in his power to convince Harlow Manning that he was a good guy. More than a smooth-talker and someone she could trust. He had to overcome his reputation as a playboy, and his history with Harlow's half-sister, Nan, a woman with a reputation of her own.

Harlow had taken the chance, falling hard and fast for the guy who thrilled her with his all-consuming desire. After a lifetime of avoiding bad boys like Grant, she had opened herself to the possibilities of love...

But a life-changing secret has torn them apart, and now Grant and Harlow must decide if they have enough fight to make it work - or if the pain of betrayal has permanently destroyed their future.

What book are you waiting for this week??

  1. Sadly I could just never get into any of this author's books even though so many have her as a favorite. Oh well. I think the one I got the farthest with was the first book in the Seabreeze series. It was decent although they always have love triangles and I loathe love triangles.

    1. Aww that's okay, because I also know some people that didn't like her books because of the repetitive concept. Thank you for stoppin' by! :)

    1. Majority of her books are contemporary, but she also has a paranormal romance (Existence Trilogy), maybe you should check that out. :)

  3. I've only read Fallen too Far (i think that's the title) by Abbi. It was an entertaining read but don't know why I never picked up any more of her books. This seems like a good one. Hope you read it soon.

    Happy Wednesday!

  4. For some reason, Abbi Glines' book never works for me. I always get intrigued by the summaries, and then when I read it I wind up not being able to enjoy them.
Still, I know so many people love her and I hope you will love this latest book by her! :)
